The Morton Ferry House is built on two tracts of land totaling six acres. The main
house on Tract I is almost one acre. It includes three full lots as well as some land
from an abandoned city street. Lot sales are selling for over $10,000 apiece on
developed land in this section of Richmond.
The second Tract includes the cabin and is over five acres. Most of this land is in
