Presently we are seeking donations and funding to purchase and preserve the "Morton Ferry House" a Texas Historical home that was built in 1836 along the Brazos river in Richmond, the county seat of Fort Bend. Our intentions are not exclusively for preservation, but also to promote living history for the great state of Texas. We are already planning our first event at the site in October, The Richmond Pecan Festival. |
